When are you charged to your credit card?

When you place an order, your card will be charged immediately. Please ensure that your credit card has sufficient limits or the transaction will be declined.

How do I know you have received my order?

After successfully placing an order, you will be redirected to an order confirmation message containing your order identification number. This message will also be sent to you via email. It may take up to 30 minutes for this email to reach your inbox. Please check your inbox for spam.
After our warehouse team has processed your order, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order has been shipped. Again, if you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Due to high demand, our items sell out very quickly and sometimes the items you ordered may suddenly become unavailable. These situations are extremely rare, but may occur from time to time.
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains more than one item, we will ship the remainder of your order and refund you if it is out of stock.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

You can remove any item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" checkbox in the upper left corner of the item and then using the "Update" link to update your shopping cart.

What is the shipping time for your products?

We apologize for the many delays in international traffic under the current circumstances.

In most cases, you will receive your package within 2-3 weeks, but up to 8 weeks if necessary (very rare).

If it takes longer than 8 weeks for your package to arrive at its destination, we will of course offer a refund immediately.

Certain items are missing from my order. What's wrong?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains two items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive soon.

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send a picture of the damaged item to the email address and we will send you a similar replacement as soon as possible.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with online merchandise. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, provided the refund is due to a product or manufacturing defect, please send us a picture or video of the problem. We will of course make payment, and if recourse is made within 30 days of the order date, the product in question is not sold out. I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?

We process orders very quickly to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Therefore, once you click "Complete Order", we will not be able to change or cancel your order as our warehouse team will already be processing and preparing it for shipment. Once your order has been received and you still wish to cancel it, simply contact us via our customer support email to inform us that you wish to cancel your order and return it to our facility. Customer support will then be able to advise you of the steps to take to get a refund in the event of a cancellation. Please note that if the item has been used in any way, your returned item will be checked and if it appears to have been used in any way, no cancellation notice will be issued and the item will only be returned to the sender.
